Job Title- Procurement Executive / Assistant Manager - Procurement- Location- Mumbai- Our Major day to day work consists:
- Daily analysis of OTT & Enterprise traffic.
- Daily fine tune OTT / Enterprise routes based on respective traffic patterns.
- Provide immediate support for traffic delivery issues raised by OTT clients. (live chat support on Dingtalk/ Lark / Skype)
- Prepare monthly RFP-RFQ / offer new destinations for OTT & Enterprise clients.
- Make customized routing based on offered RFP ( Global quote ) to respective OTT/ENT clients
- Procure / Negotiate price based on price-quality requirements from clients /BM / KAMs
- Maintain list of Daily offers/Trending routes from vendors in shared excel sheet to help KAM for offering to their clients.
- Weekly calls with vendors for gathering market info & offers - price requirements.
- Search - Add new vendors based on requirements.
- Coordinate with the carrier team for operator deals & traffic requirements.
- Coordinate with sister companies to share requested info.
