As a Junior Implementation Specialist, you will bring our senior personnel and customers to a point where they can realize the value of the products that they have purchased. By deploying, operationalizing and performing value-added activities, you will bridge the gap between our customer’s needs and our product's robust capabilities. Additionally, as an Implementation Engineer, you will work with our Implementation team and customers to resolve technical issues and provide training sessions regarding our software. You will team up with the team to ensure the client benefits from the ERP at the earliest

**Requirements**:
Educational Qualification: BE/B Tech ( Comp Science)/MBA Experience: Fresher or 1 to 2 years’ experience in the relevant field. Skills: Well versed written and verbal communication skills. Training: A wide exposure & hands-on training will be given across various modules like Accounts, Sales, Materials management, Production Planning, Logistics etc.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
: - Gather and analyse information about a customer’s environment, guided by our senior team members.
- Manage, track, and report on the progress of your engagements
- Solve customers’ product related problems on clients’ systems remotely and onsite. Respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with timely resolution of technical issues.
- Conduct remote sessions to assist customers with the troubleshooting and configuration of their internal technical environment.
- Be responsible for communicating/explaining technical issues with well-versed technical individuals.
- Assist the Project Implementation Team
- Analysis of Client's requirements.
- System configuration at the client's end.
- Configuration of the product as per client’ s requirements.
- Installation of the product.
- User coaching
- Project documentation at every step.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
