**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive** to support our day-to-day financial operations, month-end processes, and business reviews. This role goes beyond traditional accounting—it also involves **business finance functions** such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare financial reports, statements, and analytical summaries.
- Maintain and update financial models and dashboards in **Microsoft Excel**.
- Assist in **month-end and year-end closing** of accounts.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of **budgets and forecasts**.
- Conduct **variance analysis** and highlight financial trends to management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify financial data.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial records and documentation.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or equivalent.
- Strong command of **MS Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Working knowledge of accounting principles (journal entries, ledgers, etc.).
- Good business sense with ability to assess financial implications.
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently.

Pay: ₹10,149.51 - ₹30,559.49 per month
