Data analysis - Analysing data using statistical techniques and providing reports.
- Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns and guide Team for improvements.
- Lead CFT for non-conforming products.
- Reporting of daily testing /inspection MIS
- Dealing with external labs for material testing
- Should drive process quality issues for permanent resolution.
- Developing and implementing databases and data collection systems.
- Ensure continuous improvement in Quality system & Quality assurance
- Monitoring Quality KPI, Quality Objectives for Business
- Cost reduction initiatives: Cost reduction in testing / calibration / rejection.
- To identify new test requirements, new test equipment required.
- In-process product verification consists of verification of job set-ups (first article inspection), visual inspections and, most importantly, in-process machine parameters ongoing material inspections.
- Guide the machine operators for the material acceptance criteria time to time.

**Age**: around 25 to 30 years (Male)

**Qualification : BSc. / MSc (Organic Chemistry)**

**Location : Gonde MIDC - Nashik (Pickup & Drop is available)**

**CTC - 15000 to 20000 /- monthly.**

**Looking for Freshers only as this a trainee role**

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
