**Role Overview**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team at an immersive technology company. The Video Editor will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content, both for marketing collateral and immersive projects. The role involves working with standard video formats as well as 360-degree videos, ensuring the creation of compelling and engaging content that showcases our cutting-edge technology and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Capture and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with product marketing and management teams to ensure video content aligns with the company’s messaging and brand guidelines.
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that meet the company’s standards and objectives.
- Perform post-production tasks such as color correction, audio editing, special effects, and motion graphics.
- Use creative editing techniques to enhance engagement, storytelling, and the immersive experience of the content.
- Handle the unique challenges of 360-degree video content, including stitching, editing, and optimizing for XR platforms.
- Ensure smooth integration of immersive content into the final product, maintaining high standards of visual quality and immersion.
- Create training and product tutorial videos, focusing on clarity, engagement, and technical accuracy.
- Work with different video formats and platforms, ensuring compatibility across various devices and media outlets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative video ideas to life.
- Provide creative input in the video development process, from brainstorming to storyboarding and final production.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, tools, and techniques, ensuring our content remains innovative and engaging.
- Ensure all video content meets quality standards, including resolution, audio quality, and overall presentation.
- Review feedback and iterate on video edits to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling style across all video projects.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in video editing, including experience with 360-degree video content.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience with 360-degree video editing-stitching and tools like Kolor Autopano, GoPro VR Player, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of video production, storyboarding, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Familiarity with VR/AR content creation and immersive video production.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, audio editing, and color correction.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in creating marketing collateral, including promotional videos and social media content.
- Familiarity with camera operation, video recording, and audio capturing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage video assets and project timelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
