**Design Development**:
Create innovative and functional designs for apparel collections.

Sketch designs manually or digitally using software like Adobe Illustrator or CAD.

**Trend Research**:
Conduct research on current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

Attend fashion shows and review fashion publications for inspiration.

**Technical Specifications**:
Develop detailed technical specifications and patterns for the manufacturing team.

Ensure designs meet industry standards and manufacturing capabilities.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to align design with business goals.

**Quality Control**:
Monitor the production process to ensure designs are produced accurately.

Address any issues related to design, fit, or quality.

**Budget Management**:
Manage design budgets, including material costs and labor expenses.

Ensure designs are cost-effective and within budget constraints.

**Presentation**:
Present design concepts and collections to stakeholders and clients.

Prepare mood boards, design boards, and presentations to convey design ideas effectively.

**Innovation**:
Explore and implement new design techniques, materials, and technologies.

Stay updated with advancements in apparel manufacturing and design tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in apparel manufacturing.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, têxtiles, and production processes.
- Excellent creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
