We are seeking a skilled and creative Fashion Designer to join our team in the textiles industry As a Fashion Designer you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent and contribute to the development of stylish and high-quality garments Your designs will play a key role in shaping our brand s image and ensuring customer satisfaction In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create innovative clothing collections that align with market trends and customer preferences Your keen eye for detail and understanding of fabrics patterns and colors will be essential in creating visually appealing and commercially successful designs Additionally you will have the opportunity to source and select materials create technical sketches and patterns and oversee the production process to ensure the final product meets our quality standards The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current industry trends They should be familiar with various design software programs and possess excellent communication and organizational skills Creativity attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also crucial for success in this role Responsibilities Create and develop designs for our clothing collections considering market trends and customer preferences Conduct research to identify new fabrics patterns and color schemes Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fabric sourcing pattern making and production to bring designs to life Create technical sketches and detailed specifications for each design Oversee sample production to ensure the final product meets design and quality standards Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments Create mood boards and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders Requirements Bachelor s degree in Fashion Design or a related field Proven experience as a Fashion Designer preferably in the textiles industry Strong portfolio showcasing a range of innovative and commercially successful designs Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Knowledge of fabrics patterns and garment construction techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 9 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Malappuram Kerala Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Education Diploma Preferred Experience Fashion design 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Shift availability Night Shift Preferred Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 17 07 2025 Expected Start Date 19 07 2025
