Lead Fashion Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Lead Fashion Designer to spearhead our menswear collections, pushing the boundaries of style and market relevance.

This role requires someone with a deep understanding of streetwear culture, silhouettes, and global trends. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Fashion Design, as well as 1-3 years of experience in fashion design.

The successful candidate will possess excellent visualization skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proficient in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and have knowledge of fabric sourcing, garment construction, printing techniques, embellishments, denim design, graphics, typography, pattern making basics, and fit understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze global trends, subcultures, and street fashion aesthetics to keep designs fresh and forward-thinking.
  • Develop mood boards, sketches, digital renderings, and detailed technical packs that showcase creative vision.
  • Collaborate closely with sampling and production teams to bring ideas into tangible products.
