**Job Title: Store Associate (E-commerce)**

**Job Summary**:
As a Store Associate for our e-commerce platform, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the online store, including product listings, customer inquiries, order processing, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in finding and purchasing products, resolving any issues that may arise, and contributing to the overall success of the online store.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Create and manage product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Update product information, including pricing, availability, and specifications as needed.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including order confirmation, payment processing, and shipping coordination.
- Monitor order status and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Address any issues related to order fulfillment, such as delays or discrepancies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Provide product recommendations and information to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any negative feedback and taking proactive steps to improve customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to optimize sales and customer experience.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product management, to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product updates, promotions, and special offers.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Adhere to company policies and guidelines related to data security, privacy, and online transactions.
- Stay updated on e-commerce regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must know m.s excel
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and online tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role primarily operates in an office environment but may require occasional work outside of regular business hours to accommodate peak sales periods or customer inquiries.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
