Site Supervisor

**Job Description**:

- To manage a team of Jr. Engineers & Assistant technicians at Solar PV site.
- Ensure plant performance is as per the project goals.
- Ensure equipment performacne is optimal to achive the plant generation targets.
- Manage & Optimise site expenses including Spares and Consumable planning, resource optimisation, transport and other expenses.
- Insist and make sure safety and process are followed at site
- Ensuring daily targets assigned for the team are acheived.
- Achieve 100% quality of the work carried out at site.
- Prepare & submit of daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Manage & coordination with contractors and ensure compliance.
- Planning of resource for eg. leaves, weekly off, festival leaves etc so that work is not affected
- Coordination with Internal Team and Customer to ensure smooth operation of the plant.
