**Roles and Responsibilities**

We are hiring Pune based
- **Mesher: CFD domain **for an autonomous R&D centre**Mesher: CFD domain**
- 1 to 4 years of hands on experience in Hypermesh / ANSA
- CAD geometry clean up in Hypermesh /ANSA for full vehicle (including engine, BIW, CAS, and all Underhood parts/assemblies).
- CAD data checks/intersection/missing parts or any such issues in CAD data and highlighting issues immediately to customer and resolve them immediately.
- Surface meshing in Hypermesh /ANSA with specified quality criteria and capturing design features given.
- Building a complete vehicle surface mesh model with given specifications in a specified timeline and given work hours.
- Naming all the assemblies, subassemblies and respective parts in the vehicle as per standards.
- Removing intersections in final mesh, quality improvements, proximity checks.
- Submit surface mesh file to customer as per given quality parameters.
- Surface mesh modification if it fails for volume mesh generation.
- Surface meshing of subsequent design changes as per requirements.
- Strong presentation skills, strong in verbal and written communication skills.
