**Tasks: Day to day activities to fulfil the given responsibilities**:
**Developing Production Schedules**:

- Plan and create detailed production timelines.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.

**Implementing Quality Control Measures**:

- Establish quality standards and procedures.
- Regularly inspect products and processes for compliance.

**Managing Inventory**:

- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.

**Monitoring Production Costs**:

- Track and analyze production expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them.

**Ensuring Compliance with Industry Standards**:

- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards
- Ensure all production processes adhere to compliance requirements.

**Continuously Seeking Improvements in the Production Process**:

- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new techniques and technologies to enhance efficiency.

**Metrics**:The Parameters to Analyse the Competency Attributes**:
**On-time Delivery Rate**: Percentage of orders completed and delivered on schedule.

**Schedule Adherence**: Consistency in following the planned production schedule.

**Defect Rate**: Number of defective products identified during quality checks

**Stockout Rate**: Instances of inventory shortages affecting production

**Cost Efficiency**: Ability to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.

**Productivity Gains**: Measurable increases in efficiency and output.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
