- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth front desk operations
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain visitor logs and records
## *Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Presentable appearance with a professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
