**Job Description: Interior Stylist**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Stylist to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Stylist, you will be responsible for curating and arranging furniture, décor, têxtiles, and accessories to elevate the visual appeal of interior spaces. You will collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to bring unique design visions to life, while ensuring every space is styled to perfection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Curate and arrange furniture, décor, têxtiles, and accessories to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to execute design visions, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Source and procure furniture, artwork, soft furnishings, and decorative items within set budget parameters.
- Style spaces for various purposes, including photoshoots, residential projects, home staging, and showroom displays.
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, and styling concepts that reflect the vision of each project and client requirements.
- Stay current with interior design trends, color theory, and new styling techniques to incorporate into designs.
- Partner with photographers, marketing teams, and project managers to create visually stunning presentations and marketing materials.
- Ensure that all styling elements complement the overall design strategy and reinforce the brand identity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Interior Stylist, Visual Merchandiser, or in a similar role within the interior design or home décor industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, and current design trends.
- Ability to source, procure, and manage styling elements within budget constraints.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and an intuitive sense of space and balance.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external vendors.

**Desired Skills**:

- Ability to create visually engaging mood boards and material palettes.
- Experience styling for photoshoots and creating content for digital and print media.
- Knowledge of furniture sourcing, vendor management, and negotiating skills.
- Adaptability to different design styles and client preferences.

**Work Environment**: This position may require on-site visits for styling projects, collaboration with clients, and overseeing installations. Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment are essential.
