**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Student Counselor. As a Student Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to students, helping them navigate through academic, personal, and emotional challenges. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives and contribute to the overall well-being of our educational community.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Individual Counseling**: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students to address academic concerns, personal challenges, and emotional well-being.
- **Group Workshops**: Conduct workshops and group sessions on topics such as stress management, study skills, time management, and career planning.
- **Crisis Intervention**: Respond to and manage crisis situations, providing immediate support and referring students to appropriate resources when necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive and collaborative environment for student success.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and interventions.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay informed about current trends in education, mental health, and counseling practices to enhance services and support provided.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- **Empathy and Understanding**: Demonstrate a high level of empathy, understanding, and patience in dealing with diverse student populations.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in challenging situations.
- **Ethical Standards**: Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all counseling matters.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
