Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Hardware Sales Representative with exceptional English communication skills to join our team. As a Hardware Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of hardware products to potential customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing product information, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their hardware requirements and recommend suitable products from our inventory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing appropriate hardware solutions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively demonstrating the value and benefits of our hardware products.

Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive products to position our offerings effectively in the market.

Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.

Attend sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and generate leads.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to present to the management team.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and continuously improve sales techniques.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience in hardware sales or a related field.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities effectively.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.

Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹108,488.65 - ₹272,399.05 per year
