Delhi, India Control Risks Full time

Accounts Receivable/Project Management
- Ensure projects are set up correctly in ERP/CRM systems
- Raise invoices to clients on a timely basis and ensure billings are accurate and complete and in compliance with GST law.
- Preparing month end reporting schedules.
- Correct recording of receipts from clients.

Expense Management
- Correct recording of Employee and other expenses accurately and in compliance with withholding tax and GST law and the contracts.
- Preparing vendor payments - Indian and overseas in compliance with foreign exchange and Income tax law (Form 15CA,CB etc) uploading the payment on the bank portal and posting the same in books.

General Ledger
- Perform Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly reports and year end audit schedules as and when required.
- Perform other GL related reconciliations as and when required.

Audit & Compliance
- Withholding Tax (TDS) return related work.
- Help in preparation of GST returns as and when required.
- Help in preparation of details for audit and tax scrutiny as and when required.

Others
- Work closely with Finance Manager and finance team in respect of above.

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Working knowledge of accounting standards.
- Experience / working knowledge of ERP systems preferably Microsoft Ax dynamics
- Strong Excel skills
- Fresh to 2 year of experience in service industry (preferably MNC) or a CA firm.
- Good communication skills
