**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Preparation**:

- Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable.
- Explain procedures and assist with pre-treatment requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain professionalism at all times.

2. **Room Preparation**:

- Prepare treatment rooms before and after procedures with proper sterilization and hygiene protocols.
- Set up required equipment, tools, and products as per treatment protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.

3. **Medical Facials & Basic Treatments**:

- Perform medical facials and basic face treatments under the guidance of the dermatologist.
- Recommend suitable post-treatment care and products.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns during treatments.

4. **Clinic Assistance**:

- Support the dermatologist during procedures by handling tools and products.
- Manage clinic inventory by ensuring sufficient stock of products and supplies.
- Schedule appointments and assist with client follow-ups when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or certification in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a clinic or spa setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols precisely.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy and facial treatments is an advantage.
- Proficient in maintaining hygiene and sterilization standards.
