Job Summary

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and other aesthetic services. You will ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients, maintaining high standards of hygiene, customer service, and treatment quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional beauty treatments, including but not limited to:
  • Manicures and pedicures (including nail art, gel polish, and nail care)
  • Facials and skin treatments tailored to client needs
  • Waxing, threading, and other hair removal services
  • Makeup application and eyebrow shaping
  • Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building client loyalty
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
  • Manage appointments and coordinate with the front desk for smooth operations
  • Promote and sell beauty products to enhance client experience and meet sales targets
  • Adhere to franchise protocols and guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
