**Insurance Operations Executive - *General Insurance* || Job Description**

**Job Overview**:
Jai Insurance Brokers PVT LTD, esteemed Insurance broker based in Delhi are looking for Insurance Operations Executive having 2-3 years’ experience in **General Insurance** Products Policy servicing from inception until post-sales follow-up. These include but are not limited to **Fire, Burglary, Marine, CAR, EAR, GMC, GPA, WC** & others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing insurance documentation and backend operations
- Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance, quotes, renewals, and endorsements
- Handle customer servicing and query resolution support
- Maintain data and documentation for policies, endorsements, and claims
- Prepare MIS and internal reports as required
- Support inter-departmental communication and operational workflows

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in **Insurance Operations Executive** in **General Insurance**.
- Good knowledge of policy types, endorsements, and claim workflows.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and insurance software.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
