**Job Description for Insurance Renewals Executive**

We are looking for an **Insurance Renewals Executive** to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our customers renew their insurance policies on time and stay protected.

**Responsibilities**
- **Provide Information**: Explain renewal options, benefits, and costs to customers in a simple and clear way.
- **Address Concerns**: Answer any questions customers have about their policy or renewal process.
- **Negotiate Deals**: Offer discounts or incentives when possible to encourage customers to renew.
- **Follow Up**: Track and follow up with customers who haven’t renewed yet.
- **Update Records**: Maintain accurate and updated customer information in our system.
- **Work with Teams**: Coordinate with other teams, like sales or customer service, to provide the best experience for our customers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
