**Job Profile**: - To review all CitiPhone & vendor control mechanism like Day-2, Call evaluation, training, authentication etc.to ensure all activities are performed as per control framework. - To review process for MCA submission and ensure accuracy and timely completion. - Conducting Annual Risk Assessment with inputs from Operations heads and get is approved by key stake holders. - Conduct and participate in periodic BRCC review. - Drive efficiency enhancement initiatives. - Ensure appropriate corrective actions are put in place for any observations raised as a part of the reviews and KRI breaches. - Contribute towards the unit‘s audit readiness by completing assignments. - Ensure adherence to Risk and Control policy like Mandatory absence, RMU, ID management, etc. - Active participation in new requirement arising out of change in policies and procedures. - To liaise with stakeholders, to effectively manage unit activities to mitigate franchise risk through continuous process improvement. **Skills Required**: - Hands on product knowledge in Credit cards and Banking. - Must possess high level of commitment and acumen on risk & control framework.. - Meticulous, hard working & committed and team player.. - Must possess good documentation skills and have an Eye for detail. - Strong Communication skills: Written & Verbal - **Job Family Group**: Customer Service - **Job Family**: Service - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
