**Agricultural Drone Pilot cum Flight Engineer**

**Role Overview**

We are hiring Indian nationals currently living, studying, or working in the EU for the role of Agricultural Drone Pilot cum Flight Engineer. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, passionate about UAV technology, and eager to work with advanced agricultural drones. You’ll operate drones for precision spraying and mapping while also gaining exposure to UAV maintenance, troubleshooting, and system integration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate agricultural UAVs for spraying seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides over various crops.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, basic maintenance, and repairs.
- Plan and execute GPS + RTK autonomous flight missions.
- Perform Digital Sky in-flight testing and equipment evaluation under various weather conditions.
- Identify and navigate around obstacles/hazards unique to each field.
- Document flight operations, maintenance, and test reports.
- Provide technical support, diagnose UAV issues, and implement solutions.
- Participate in UAV assembly, payload integration, and system tuning.
- Coordinate with ground crews to ensure operational efficiency.
- Travel for preventive and corrective maintenance field visits (30-40% of work time).

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aeronautical/Mechanical/related engineering field (0-8 years experience).
- UAV Pilot License with UIN number (preferred).
- Knowledge of UAV/multirotor/VTOL dynamics, flight operations, and maintenance.
- Experience with UAV assembly, repair, and autopilot tuning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors (day or night shifts as per project).
- Physically able to lift up to 25 kg when required.
- Proficient in Windows OS, basic software, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
