We are seeking a highly professional footwear machine supervisor who oversees the operation of machines used in footwear manufacturing, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervising Machine Operations**:
Directly managing and coordinating the activities of footwear machine operators.
- **Quality Control**:
Ensuring that all footwear products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- **Production Efficiency**:
Monitoring and optimizing production line performance to meet established targets.
- **Safety Compliance**:
Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment for all operators.
- **Team Leadership**:
Training, motivating, and managing a team of footwear assembly workers.
- **Troubleshooting**:
Identifying and resolving any issues related to machine operation or production processes.
- **Inventory Management**:
Maintaining adequate inventory of materials and supplies needed for production.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
Preparing reports on production, quality, and other relevant metrics.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in footwear manufacturing, machine operation, and team supervision is essential.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of various footwear manufacturing machines and processes.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team of workers.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to machine operation and production.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
- **Safety Awareness**: Thorough understanding and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
