Responsibilities of a Hyva / Tipper Supervisor:

- **Supervision of Tipper Operations**:Overseeing the daily activities of tipper trucks and drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures.
- **Maintenance Management**:Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair work on tipper trucks, including routine checks, preventative maintenance, and addressing any breakdowns or malfunctions.
- **Safety Compliance**:Ensuring that all tipper operations are conducted safely, adhering to safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety among drivers and maintenance personnel.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other relevant data related to tipper operations.
- **Driver Management**:Managing drivers, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and providing guidance and support.
- **Inventory Management**:Managing spare parts and supplies for tipper maintenance, ensuring availability for repairs and replacements.
