TheVibe Studios is a hybrid creative lifestyle content and editorial studio known for its award-winning branded content in lifestyle and automotive categories. We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our Bengaluru team, bringing a unique style and aesthetic to our projects.

**Cross-Functional Nature**

The role involves collaboration across multiple teams and functions, such as:

- **Creative Teams**: Translating the Creative Head's vision into actionable deliverables.
- **Production Teams**:Coordinating timelines, resources, and logistics.
- **Clients and Stakeholders**: Supporting pitches, presentations, and regular updates.
- **Operations and Strategy**:Assisting with budgets, contracts, and research to inform creative decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Creative Research**:

- Conduct research to uncover trends and insights that inspire projects.
- Provide competitive analysis and reference materials to inform creative decisions.

2. **Content Development**:

- Assist in creating treatments, concept decks, and proposals for clients and internal projects.
- Refine ideas into cohesive narratives that align with the studio’s creative vision.

3. **Project Management**:

- Plan and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and troubleshoot challenges proactively.

4. **Adaptability and Initiative**:

- Take ownership of responsibilities, showing flexibility in managing shifting priorities.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement or creative innovation.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- **Creative and Strategic**: Capable of brainstorming innovative ideas while thinking about

practical execution.
- **Highly Organized**: Skilled in managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- **Proactive and Adaptable**: Quick to respond to challenges and open to taking initiative.
- **Strong in Communication**: Able to clearly articulate ideas and updates to teams and clients.
- **Resourceful in Research**: Adept at finding relevant trends, insights, and competitive analyses to guide projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
