**Job Description: Nurse (Patient Care)**

**Location**: Kharghar Multispeciality Hospital

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage IV lines as prescribed by the medical team.
- **Medical Assistance**:

- Assist doctors during medical procedures, examinations, and surgeries.
- Ensure accurate preparation and administration of injections, dressings, and other nursing interventions.
- **Patient Monitoring**:

- Regularly observe and record patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the attending doctor.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate care.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment details, medication administration, and progress notes.
- Complete discharge planning and patient education documentation as required.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with doctors, other nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and administrative staff for efficient ward management.
- **Patient Education and Support**:

- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication usage, and post-discharge care.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during critical situations.
- **Compliance and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to infection control protocols, hospital policies, and safety standards.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment in patient care areas.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM, B.Sc Nursing).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of patient care experience in a hospital setting.
- **Licensing**: Valid registration with the Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) or equivalent.
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on nursing skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Schedule**
- Rotational shifts, including night duties and weekend coverage.

**Compensation**
