**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of doctors and senior nursing staff.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist in diagnostic tests and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the medical team for patient assessments and treatment plans.
- Maintain patient hygiene and support daily activities (as needed).
- Ensure infection control and hospital protocols are strictly followed.
- Handle emergency situations with calm and prompt actions.
- Support in OPD, IPD, ICU, and other wards as per duty rotation.

**Qualifications**:

- **GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)** - Preferred
- **ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery)** - Acceptable
- Registered with the State Nursing Council
- Basic knowledge of patient care practices, infection control, and medical protocols

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, responsible, and attentive to detail
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
