**Overview**
- The Executive - Customer Relations will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing parents. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage queries, resolve concerns, and foster positive relationships between parents and the school.

**Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Parent Engagement**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries about school policies, admissions, and other services.
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for parents and visitors.

**Admissions Assistance**:

- Guide prospective parents through the admissions process, ensuring clarity about eligibility, curriculum, and fee structure.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow up with prospective families.

**Complaint Resolution**:

- Address and resolve concerns raised by parents promptly and effectively.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities when necessary.

**Communication Management**:

- Assist in drafting and distributing newsletters, circulars, and other communication materials.

**Relationship Building**:

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with parents to enhance their experience and trust in the school.
- Organize parent interaction events such as orientations, PTMs, and workshops.

**Feedback Collection**:

- Collect and analyze feedback from parents to identify areas of improvement.
- Suggest actionable insights to enhance the school’s customer relations strategy.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in maintaining student and parent records.
- Support the school office with day-to-day administrative tasks related to customer relations.

**Skills Description**

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

**Education**: Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (preferably in business, communications, or related disciplines).

**Experience**: 2-3 years in a customer relations, sales, or administrative role (preferably in the education sector).

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns effectively.
