**Executive - Public Relations**:
Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing, implementing and executing an effective press strategy in line with the brand and the brand’s PR vision.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute PR activities, programing and other promotions.
- Assist the PR manager in developing and executing action plans through competitive research, media and platform determination, messaging and audience identification.
- Curate calendars and presentations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Draft and design PR content and copy as needed. For eg: press releases, media announcements, interviews and more.
- End-to-end execution for spokesperson interviews, public appearances, engagements, brand collaborations, fashion shows, pop-ups, photo-shoots and other press events (offline and online).
- Build on and maintain excellent relationships with key fashion press, celebrity stylists and influencers.
- Maintain and update all brand collateral like collection folders, sourcing mood boards, document and archive media coverage.
- Assisting the UGC and sourcing mandate - Identifying the right UGC, creating wishlists, creating lookbooks, stylist and publication outreach, coordinating shipping, managing returns, follow ups, image coordination and dissemination of content to the required parties.
- Seek brand stories and product placements in media across channels like print, online, mainlines, social media etc.
- Responsible for creating, organizing and sending seasonal and unique press kits, press gifting, collateral and content to the media.
- Create and maintain reports - campaign insights, key analytics and metrics, manage and update contact sheets, target media and stylist databases etc, monitor and report competitor activity and be incharge of tracking industry trends, events and opportunities.
- Manage administrative jobs for the department like generating and coordinating invoices, creating cost sheets etc and other tasks.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and ability to take initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Required Experience & Qualification:

- Qualification in communications, PR, journalism or related discipline from a reputed institute in the said discipline
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the related field
