Job Description

As a PR Executive/Senior PR Executive (BFSI/Consumer/Lifestyle), you will play a vital role in managing our public relations efforts and building strong relationships with the media, stakeholders, and influencers. You will be responsible for crafting compelling PR campaigns, executing media outreach strategies, handling crisis communications, and representing our brand to the public.

1.PR Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and awareness.

2.Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and key media outlets. Proactively pitch compelling stories and secure positive media coverage.

3.Content Creation: Write engaging press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR materials that effectively communicate key messages and align with our brand voice.

4.Crisis Management: Act as a primary point of contact for media inquiries, handle crisis communications, and develop strategies to mitigate negative publicity.

5.Event Management: Plan and coordinate PR events, press conferences, product launches, and other media-related activities to generate media coverage and enhance brand exposure.

6.Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements, serving as a spokesperson and building relationships with key stakeholders.

7.Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor media coverage, track PR campaign performance, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.

8.Social Media: Collaborate with the social media team to ensure PR messaging is consistent across all platforms and engage with the online community when appropriate.

Requirements :

1.Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in public relations, communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a PR Executive or in a similar role, preferably in relevant industry/field.

2.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive content, deliver presentations, and interact confidently with media and stakeholders.

3.Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of media landscape, current trends, and best practices in media relations. Familiarity with media monitoring tools is a plus.

4.Crisis Communication: Experience in managing crisis communications and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

5.Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, influencers, and stakeholders.

6.Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute PR campaigns aligned with business goals.

7.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

8.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

9.Team Player: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functionally.
