We are looking for an enthusiastic **HR Executive** to manage recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR activities. This is a full-time in-office position with opportunities to grow within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth induction process
- Handle employee queries and assist in HR-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain HR reports and ensure recruitment targets are met (5-6 per month)

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience or internship in HR functions (preferable but not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Must be based in or around New Delhi and available to work from the office
