**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements on various job portals and company career pages.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand recruitment needs and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and hiring in the non-IT domain.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT roles.
- Experience in recruiting for roles in sectors like finance, sales, marketing, operations, and human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
