**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.
- Assist in preparing cost estimations and quotations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on client enquiries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of estimation or willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
