**Job Title**: Market Expansion Officer
**Core Responsibilities**:
- **Product Presentation & Client Engagement**:
- Spearhead dynamic product presentations of the HIMS software to prospective clients, highlighting its innovative features and demonstrating how it can be tailored to solve their unique challenges. Ensure clients understand the software's ability to optimize operations and improve patient care outcomes.
- **Implementation & Integration Assistance**:
- Guide the seamless deployment of HIMS software within healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth integration with the client’s existing systems. Aim for mínimal disruption to ongoing operations while providing efficient and effective support throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to quickly identify any challenges and address them proactively, ensuring a flawless implementation experience for the client.
- **GAP Analysis & Efficiency Enhancement**:
- Assist in conducting comprehensive GAP analysis at client facilities to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement. Provide insightful recommendations to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the quality of healthcare delivery.
- **Process Streamlining & NABH Protocols**:
- Work with clients to refine internal processes and introduce best practices that streamline operations. Support the successful adoption and execution of NABH standards, ensuring compliance with national healthcare regulations and continuous improvement in the quality of patient care.
- **Training & Capacity Building**:
- Conduct in-depth training sessions for healthcare professionals, administrators, and staff to ensure they gain a comprehensive understanding of HIMS software. Empower them with the tools needed to optimize software functionality for improved care delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Guide healthcare organizations through the process of integrating NABH protocols, assisting them in meeting industry standards and ensuring the ongoing enhancement of their service quality.
- **Client Profiling & Relationship Management**:
- Support the creation and management of client profiles for corporate empanelment, ensuring all relevant information is correctly documented and up-to-date. Play an active role in fostering positive relationships with healthcare organizations, creating and maintaining strong, lasting partnerships.
- **Customer Support & Long-Term Relationship Building**:
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Address concerns and resolve issues quickly, ensuring clients feel valued and confident in their use of the HIMS software.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, building strong, long-term relationships that are grounded in trust, satisfaction, and mutual success.
- **Reporting & Progress Tracking**:
- Prepare and present detailed reports to the Reporting Officer, outlining key project milestones, client interactions, challenges, and achievements. Provide transparency and clarity, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with client expectations and objectives.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience in business development, customer support, or sales, preferably within the healthcare or software sectors, with a focus on client relationship management and engagement.
- Familiarity with HIMS software and a strong understanding of NABH protocols is highly preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, always focused on meeting client needs and ensuring their success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and other tools required for managing client relationships, tracking progress, and generating reports.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required to provide on-site support, training, and assistance for the successful implementation and ongoing success of HIMS software.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
