**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and preferences for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top IT talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of technical roles and requirements within the IT industry.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
