**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to present our products/services.

**Product/Service Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and information gathering.

**Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers by providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns to maintain a positive customer experience.

**Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with sales representatives or attend product demonstrations.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including relevant information, feedback, and outcomes.

**Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Feedback**: Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding customer responses and preferences to improve future campaigns and strategies.

**Qualifications**:
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.

**Persistence**: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and adjust communication style accordingly.

**Time Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

**Goal-Oriented**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a telesales or similar role.

**Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based role with regular working hours.
- May require occasional evening or weekend shifts based on business needs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
