Key Responsibilities
- **Market Insight**: Gain a thorough understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape, including leading developers and key projects.
- **Client Outreach**: Reach out to potential clients by phone, inviting them to attend our signature Dubai Property Expos.
- **Expo Assistance**: Support clients at expos, introducing them to developers and highlighting promising investment options.
- **Project Presentations**: Deliver comprehensive presentations on Dubai properties, guiding clients to make informed investment choices.
- **Sales Process Oversight**: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to deal finalization.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Follow up with clients post-expo, answering inquiries and identifying future investment opportunities.
- **Lead Tracking**: Organize and monitor client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and building long-term relationships.
**Qualifications**:
- Open to graduates and postgraduates.
- Welcomes both freshers and experienced applicants.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
- Confident in delivering presentations, both in-person and via phone.
- Professional, polished presentation skills.
- Ability to support clients through investment decisions confidently.
