Preparing financial statements, reports, data analysis, and any other documents as desired from the office of the Executive.
- Handling telephones, answering & routing them to the correct person or taking messages.
- Managing Conference Calls from Calendar invites, initiation to reminders to sending attendance reports post completion of Calls.
- Proficiency with managing Calendars on G-Mail and MS Outlook.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, filing, recording, creation of curated repositories, and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Proficiency with preparation of policy documents and processes.
- Researching and collecting data to prepare documents for review and presentation to board / other executive committees. o Helping prepare for reviews, meetings, presentations, interviews etc.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings and timely publishing and follow up.
- Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
- Making travel arrangements and generate expense reports. o Timely initiation of ordering for office supplies.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Provide general administrative support and perform any other duties as directed by executive management.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience. o In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite. o Hands on and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with some decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills. Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Well-presented and Energetic with a 'œCan Do' attitude. o Possesses keen eye for detail o A team player.
- Adaptable, willingness to change and a keen learner. o Is able to demonstrate high levels of integrity o Demonstrated proficiency in business computing o Possesses superior organizing and coordination skills.
