Responsibilities of a Telecaller:
- **Outbound Calls**: Making calls to potential leads or existing customers to promote products, services, or generate leads.
- **Inbound Calls**: Answering customer queries, providing support, and resolving issues.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understanding and explaining company products and services to customers.
- **Communication Skills**: Using clear and professional communication to build rapport with customers and persuade them to make purchases.
- **CRM Management**: Updating customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
- **Sales**: Working towards individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting products and persuading customers to make purchases.
- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service, including resolving complaints and providing solutions.
- **Follow-up**: Following up with leads to generate interest, schedule appointments, or close sales.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
