Workday Automation Engineer We are looking to have someone with experience of 2-4 years of demonstrable expertise in Workday automation of various modules of Workday. Must be having expertise in Workday Testing and leading the team towards achieving business requirements with quality and on time. Job Description ? Must have good knowledge in Workday modules such as HCM and recruiting ? Understand Workday business processes ? Must have good knowledge in automation tools such as Kainos Smart/Selenium ? Knowledge of test management tool such as ALM/Octane ? Understand business and test requirements ? Understand Automation POC strategy ? Perform and execute the POC ? Understand automation test strategy ? Prepare automation test cases and scenarios ? Analyse requirements and prepare test data ? Prepare automation scripts/templates with collaboration with various stakeholders/functional teams ? Record test cases/scenarios in test management tool ? Log and track defects towards closure in defect management tool ? Perform regressions test runs ? Prepare DSRs ? Strong and effective communication skills ? Identify and own problems and/or opportunities for improvement ? Team Oriented and can work independently
