**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **System Administration**: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.
- **Customization & Configuration**: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, page layouts, fields, record types, and process automation.
- **Data Management**: Perform data imports, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce system.
- **User Support & Training**: Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- **Reporting & Dashboards**: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various teams.
- **System Enhancements**: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features and functionality to improve the Salesforce experience.
- **Security & Compliance**: Ensure system compliance with data protection regulations and maintain security standards.
- **Release Management**: Manage Salesforce release cycles, including testing and deployment of new features.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- **Certifications**: Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).
- Knowledge of data management tools like Data Loader and data migration best practices.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
