**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The MR will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and providing accurate product information to doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to drive prescription generation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to educate and inform about product features and benefits.
- Provide product samples and promotional materials to potential customers.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
- Attend conferences, medical seminars, and training programs to enhance product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers with relevant education may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
