**Position**: Commi II

**About Us**:
Ocean View Restaurant, Café & Party Hall is a leading dining and celebration destination in Phase-7, Mohali. Known for our authentic flavors and luxury ambiance, we are expanding our kitchen team and looking for passionate culinary professionals.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Chef in preparing Veg and Non-Veg Items
- Handle marination, mise-en-place, and basic preparations.
- Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the tandoor & kitchen area.
- Support in daily kitchen operations and event setups.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience (Commi 2 role).
- Basic knowledge of Indian, breads, kebabs & tandoor handling.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Team player with willingness to learn and grow.
