Title: Admin cum Back-office assistant
We are in search of an experienced and matured individual to join our team as a Admin Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Data (client requirement, Vendor details, Tasks assignment & Vendor sourcing)
**Responsibilities**:
Design required processes and work flow and ensures implementation of the same
- Efficiently data managements of teams, clients, and vendors
- Calling with the Vendors, Clients to get the exact idea about the scope of work & the details
- Assign tasks and closely monitor progress and result
- Ensure projects are completed within designated timelines
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
**Requirements**:
**Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point is mandatory.**
1. Proven track record of at least 3 years in team and client management
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong decision-making abilities
4. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
5. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Collaborative nature and a strong work ethic
7. Punctuality is a critical requirement
