**Responsibilities**:
**3D Modelling and Animation**:
Ø Create detailed and realistic 3D models, characters, objects, and environments using Blender, Maya.

Ø Develop animations, including rigging, skinning, and keyframe animation.

Ø Texturing and Materials:
Ø Ensure textures and materials are optimized for various platforms and purposes.

**Lighting and Rendering**:
Ø Set up lighting, shadows, and rendering parameters to produce high-quality renders.

Ø Optimize rendering settings for efficiency without compromising quality.

Ø Special Effects and Dynamics:
Ø Create visual effects, particle systems, simulations, and dynamics to enhance 3D images/videos.

Ø Implement physics-based simulations for realistic effects.

**Asset Optimization**:
Ø Optimize 3D images/videos for performance, considering file size, poly count, and memory usage.

Ø Ensure compatibility and functionality across multiple platforms and devices.

**Collaboration**:
Ø Work closely with art directors, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Ø Communicate and collaborate effectively to achieve project goals.

**Software Expertise**:
Ø Utilize advanced features and tools within Blender, Maya to achieve desired results.

Ø Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements.

**Quality Control**:
Ø Ensure the final 3D images/videos meets the highest quality standards, including visual appeal, accuracy, and functionality.

**Skills**:
Ø Proficiency in texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation techniques.

Ø Solid understanding of 3D asset optimization and best practices.

Ø Creative and detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics.

Ø Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in computer graphics, Animation, or related field.

Ø Professional: Certifications in relevant field

**Experience**:
Ø Proven experience as a 3D Generalist with expertise in Blender, Maya with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D models, animations, and visual effects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
