**Job Title**: 3D Artist
**Location**: Noida
**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Contract base

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for characters, environments, and props.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other artists to ensure assets meet technical and artistic requirements.
- Develop photorealistic or stylized assets based on project needs.
- Optimize models for performance and compatibility with various platforms.
- Work with lighting, shading, and rendering to achieve desired visual effects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges related to 3D asset creation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, and animation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as **Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush**, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of texturing tools like **Substance Painter**, **Quixel Suite**, or **Photoshop**.
- Familiarity with game engines such as **Unity** or **Unreal Engine** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, form, lighting, and color theory.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of rigging and animation workflows is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Game Design, or a related field.
- Experience in creating assets for VR/AR projects.
- Knowledge of procedural content creation tools like Houdini is an advantage.
