**Key Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist**

Answer calls in a timely manner at the front desk reception area and direct to appropriate party.

Maintain a professional demeanor and make guests comfortable while they wait

Manage daily reception calendar, process messages, and update Reception Screen.

Monitor visitor log.

Monitor employee sign out sheet.

Monitor subpoena log.

Index incoming OJCC documents

Assist Clerical Department with special projects as needed.

**FROI CLERK**

Enter, assign and/or validate all LT, MO and Contract Medical FROI’s daily within 24 hours of receipt.

Enter and close all Report Only claims within 48 hours of receipt.

Update claims from RO to MO or LT per alerts

Process FROI’s with client specific requirements within appropriate guidelines.

Ensure FROI verifications are submitted to clients daily per client specific requirements.

Maintain record of updated FROI and employee packet procedures.

Monitor and refer pre-certs from inbox

Ensure mailing of all employee packets daily and re-send after updates or changes.

Process ISO claim search indexes.

Prepare spreadsheet of daily tracking numbers for clerical workflow

Manage no record inbox

Order and maintain stock of supplies

Assist Clerical Department with special projects as needed.

General Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Process FedEx /certified mail client chargebacks. Scan discs to the file

Process scanning as scheduled.
Provide backup for FROI entering and ISO Claim Search

Count and reconcile check count

Sort and mail outgoing checks

Open incoming mail as needed.

Prep mail for scanning as needed.

Assist with outgoing mail as needed.

Index documents at a rate of 50 or more documents per hour.

Provide reception coverage for breaks and as needed

Assist Clerical Department with special projects as needed.

Mailroom Leader:
Schedule and manage the timely processing of incoming mail including opening, prepping, scanning, indexing and pending status mail.

Run mail through stamp machine

Open and sort incoming mail for scanning.

Scan daily mail as backup.

Prepare outgoing mail for pickup.

Process certified mail

Train other employees as requested in processing, sorting and scanning mail.

Process back scanning.

Index Liability checks

Index Pharmacy bills

Distribute and/or re-direct mail to the correct party

Process daily, weekly and monthly reports for postage fees and certified mail

Maintain supplies for mailroom copier, printer and mail machine

Process Service requests for mailroom machine maintenance and repair

Assist Clerical Department with projects as needed

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
Must speak English

Excellent communication, verbal and written skills conducted in a timely manner

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Outlook, and Excel

Demonstrate significant ability to enter data correct

Capability of utilizing internal telephone systems, e-Fax, printer, copier, and a scanner
