As a Sales Executive at Vibrant Living Shop & Café, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales performance. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a positive shopping and dining experience. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience with every visit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and sell products and services offered by the shop and café.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure that the shop and café areas are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage Service or Retail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a fair and approachable personality.
- Fluency in English is essential; advanced English proficiency preferred.
- Passport validity should be until 2030 or beyond.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within an airport or travel-related environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
