Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Sales Associate at CSK Homes in Hyderabad. The Sales Associate will be the face of our project, CSK SkyScape, representing it at the site office and ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers. They will welcome and guide customers through the property, highlighting key features and amenities, while addressing inquiries with professionalism and expertise. The role involves actively engaging with leads, negotiating deals, and driving sales closures to contribute to the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and closely analyse the customer's requirements
- Responsible for entire sales function, from leads handling to ensuring site visits to Closures
- Preparing sales plan and responsible for the supervision of overall sales activities
- Expanding customer database manifold and maintaining a potential customer data bank
- Achieving high sales targets and managing collections from customers
- Pitching unique features of the project/product to potential customers and ensuring closures
- Coordinating with customer service for documentation and a smooth handover

Experience:

- Real Estate Sales : 3 years

Ability To commute:

- Mamidipally, Shamshabad, Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
